This course gives you an introduction to the foundation skills, knowledge and understanding required by today's first line manager. Course content:
The course covers four main areas:
- Solving problems and making decisions
- Building the team
- Communicating one-to-one at work
- Achieving objectives through time management
Assessment:
To gain the Award you will need to submit a reflective assignment for each of the four units and an overall work based assignment of 1000 words.
