ILM Award in First Line Management - Level 3

Are you a first line manager or planning to become one?

This course gives you an introduction to the foundation skills, knowledge and understanding required by today's first line manager. The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) are the UK's premier awarding body for management qualifications – so you get a qualification that is recognised world-wide!

Course content:

The course covers four main areas:

  • Solving problems and making decisions
  • Building the team
  • Communicating one-to-one at work
  • Achieving objectives through time management

Assessment:

To gain the Award you will need to submit a reflective assignment for each of the four units and an overall work based assignment of 1000 words.

Is it for me?

This course provides an excellent foundation for new managers and for those planning to manage people.
