Regional apprenticeship workshop invitation - Busting Myths! This interactive workshop is for third sector employers who have the potential to take on apprentices and wish to find out more. There will be a speaker from the National Apprenticeship Service who will provide information about funding and support and third sector organisations who already have apprentices will be explaining how it could work for you.

The event will aim to bust those myths that surround apprenticeships, including:

• Apprenticeships are not relevant to the third sector
• Apprenticeships are only for young people
• Apprenticeships are only available for certain roles/jobs

The workshop is brought to you by INVOLVE South East, a service delivered by The Learning Curve and Fair Train, the Group Training Association (GTA) for the third sector.

The workshop will be taking place on Wednesday 17 March 2010 from 10.00 - 13.00 at the YMCA in Guildford with lunch provided. There are 20 free places available. More details and booking form can be found here.
